Undo worries about motor oil.

Virtually all name brand high detergent motor oils are very good dino or synthetic. I drive mostly in Western Pennsylvania and have used nothing but 10W30 dino oil year around in the six Saabs my family has had in the last 20 years. None of the cars ever had any work done on the engines or turbos and none required addition of oil between changes. I My 1994CSE had served us well for over 280,000 miles when it met an untimely death when a deer ran into it. I change oil every 4,000 miles. If you plan on changing the oil only every 10K then you better go synthetic otherwise I think synthetics are highly overrated.
