I finally got tires last week on my 94 aero after several months of debate, their are several recomendations on this board which will put you in the $500-650 range, but from what I saw, They were still not the perfect all weather tire, I also wanted some more milage and very good wet weather was a must, as was reasonable snow since I am in NE ohio. So my conclusions were to go with a "no name' tire a private lable tire from West side tire the Geastar G505 a set of 4 installed were $335. and so far I am very very impressed with them. I also went with the 225 50 16, and handling is much better, I can not get them to slip, today we got 1.5 inches of rain and even on wet leave covered roads I was very impressed. My guess is snow traction will be acceptable, ok but not great. but given the price of $300, and the reviews I saw for them and several other high end tires, these are far better then anything else I have tried and my past Saabs. I have not driven my Aero so hard since I got it, I live on a old 1.5 lane back country road which has 4 90 degree 25mph corners, and at 45mph they don't slip or sqeel, even today in the heavy rain I got no slippage at 35. So good luck on your decision.....
