I had the Solus KH16 on my '87 9000T for a bit before I sold it. It some some really nice qualities. For starters, it's inexpensive and comes with a fairly substantial mileage warranty (60k miles). It's also very quiet, with almost no road noise and a smooth ride. The wet performance was very nice, no complaints at all there, although I didn't really do a whole lot of driving on the tires during our rainy season. Dry grip was pretty darned good, though honestly I was looking for a highway cruising tire that was quiet and lasted a long time. It was very quiet even under hard cornering, though.
All that said, I would think twice about applying the tire to an Aero. My '87 was substantially souped up, and even with the boost turned down from it's previous max of 20 psi, these tires were still no match for the engine. If all you want is a long lasting, quiet, and decent handling tire, at a good price, I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you want to be able to use more of the maximum Aero potential, I would say look to a more performance oriented tire first.
