Sorry, I hadn’t been able to get on the internet to respond. It is an automatic transmission car. I replaced all mounts with mounts from (eEuroparts). I believe the lowers are hydraulic and the uppers are rubber (not poly). The direction of the upper mounts could be what is wrong in my case. Do you have a picture with the correct direction? That would help drastically. I had a local shop press my mounts and they could have inserted them in the wrong way. I hope not as to I had the engine out when I did the upper on the engine. I would hate to go back and do all this again. Could I insert a cut piece of rubber in the slots and dampen the vibration. I wish I had one of those high-dollar press tools. Anyone go one for a loaner? Thanks Ari, you’re always so helpful to us all!
