Do some searching, I posted a lot about this when I did mine. I used this board and Haynes manual with no surprises. I used a bungie to hold tension on the timing chain and connected it to the ceiling of the garage. You'll need a helper to lift the head and keep tension on the chain. This kept the chain from moving on the lower sprockets while the head was out. I removed the coolant tank, unbolted the ac and just moved it over. I left the entire intake manifold in the car and left the exhaust manifold on the head. The intake bolts needed an assortment of extensions to get to them. Also the chain tensioner needed a large cresent wrench to get the body off. The only problem I had was that the intake manifold bolts were too worn to reuse. I broke one when re-torquing, but was lucky because it was sticking out of the head. I was able to grab it with plyers. I replaced them all after that happend. The only parts I neede were gasket kit, turbo gasket, 4 new nuts for turbo and new bolts for intake mani. I just bought generic ones from autopart store. Cleaning supplies for the block and head, coolant... Careful when scraping the head, a metal razor can nick the aluminum block.
