Hey everyone thanks for all the help in the past. I was wondering if anyone on this post shifts there AERO without pushing in the clutch. I have heard it is better for the manuals and was wondering if anyone has experience with this. You just have to make sure you are at the right RPM's i guess.

Also I am replacing my two top motor mounts and am for sure replacing one with the solid urethane one. Should I replace the other with a urethane to or should I only replace one with the solid one to cut down on the vibration.
