Like pp951 said, if it's the screw that looks like a normal screw (NOT the stud-type thing that stick out of the rotor) just drill it out. I actually had a countersuck bit that fit that taper exactly. I just kept at it and it finally got rid of the entire head. A dremel tool makes this easy and if you don't have one yet, now's a good time to have a good excuse. You'll use it alot if you have one. I actually tried to make a replace set screw until people here made me realize how useless that was.
