I have totally taken the tranny apart carefully and layed it out in order on my bench with pictures along the way. I think the last guy that put this trans together got the large spring washer next to the free wheeling clutch in the wrong place. One of the clutch hubs has eaten into the free wheel clutch. The spring washer was between steel clutch plate 1 and 2. I think it should be befor 1 at the begaining of the pack. Is anyone out there familiar with this? I hope I have explained it correct. Anyway, Erkisson's is sending me a diragram and hopefully it will show the correct position of the spring washer. Everything else looks in good shape.
