Bill pretty much nailed it.
Here in the US, Anniversary models came with Aero wheels as he mentioned, but without the Aero seats or engine option.
9000 Griffins also came with load-leveling rear suspension which is great when it works, but expensive when it doesn't.
If I were looking to buy a 9000 these days, I'd get the nicest, latest version I could find. Get one with a service history. Personally, I'd get a 5-spd Aero or a 5-spd '98 CSE (Aero engine and suspension, but no body kit or seats.) An Amethyst Violet (Dark metallic purple-ish color) '97 Anniversary would also catch my interest, simply because I've only seen one in my life... very rare, and very good looking with the Aero-look.
I've been spoiled by my Aeros seats, but as you know, all 9000 seats are superb.
Take care, and let us know what you end up with...
