When you go to start the car, try turning the key to ON before Start. Make sure you see the usual dash lights - ABS, Low Oil pressure, etc. When you go to Start, make sure the lights stay on - flickering is OK, but stay on until the engine catches.
If you don't get the lights, replace the ignition switch.
If that doesn't do it, stick a meter on the fuel pump relay as you crank the engine. It should go to 12 volts while cranking. If it doesn't, based on the problems, I might suspect the CPS.
