Getting ECU transistors replaced

My 95 CSE is giving max boost and hitting fuel cutoff. I checked the BPC valve and I get about 4 ohms on each side.
I checked the connector to the the BPC valve with the car off and get about 4M ohms on one side and an open circuit on the other. This happened once before and I got a used ECU. I remember reading at the time that the power transistors could be replaced with better ones and there was someone on this board who offered the service.
Is there anyone one here who offers such a service or who knows where I can get this done?
I am in the Boston area.
Thanks
Rupert
