...from my previous thread about the throwout bearing dying after 25K miles.

I took apart everything from the shift coupler back to the stick, removed the stickshift housing and made sure everything was working and greased up. Finally got everything to line up right, tightened it all down.

Bled the clutch again just for good measure, ran through all the gears with the car stopped and everything felt fine.

Pulled forward in first, went to shift to second... wouldn't go. The stick would only move to first, and to neutral right below first. Nothing else. Sat there for a few moments. Turned the car off, back on. Pumped the clutch a few times... still felt good. Then ran through all the gears with the clutch pedal depressed. Something is intermittently binding up at the gearbox. I was able to drive around a parking lot in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, rev. Didn't trust getting out onto the highway to run it through 4th and 5th. Right now, it's still good and going through gears 1-5 when I'm sitting.

I think the plan is to (gingerly) drive it up to ScanWest (with someone following me, and the AAA card in my pocket) in the morning, which is maybe 4 miles, and see what they have to say...

I appreciate all of the replies and help, very much.
