My understanding is that all model years except 98 worked as follows:
CSE and automatic Aero: CSE full-pressure engine. Automatic Aero has Aero suspension and of course seats and trim.
Manual Aero: larger turbo and higher output. Aero suspension, seats, etc.
For the 98 model year:
Automatic CSE: CSE full-pressure engine, CSE trim and seats, Aero suspension
Manual CSE: larger turbo and higher output. CSE trim and seats, Aero suspension.
I may be wrong about 97, or perhaps the Anniversary Edition available in 97 had the Aero suspension but specially-modified CSE trim. (seats had special accent insert in upholstery.)
