TODDMO, I agree,. That's why I would keep a 9000 as long as it's viable. I do love driving them. I just can't keep up with having three on the road. The PS pump came off the 94 Aero in about 40 minutes. Pretty easy. The bearing was shot. Taking the pump off the CSE should have been just as easy. Unfortunately, even after dousing the bolts with PB Nutblaster, I was successful in breaking off one of the mounting bolts. That led to removing the alternator and the bracket and messing around trying to get the broken bolt out of the bracket. Steel and aluminum don't play well together and the bolt was frozen in the clearance hole of the PS pump, not the threads of the bracket?! It took a couple hours to get it freed up and removed w/o wrecking anything else. What should've taken an hour and a half, tops, took about four hours. That includes giving up midway on the 97 CSE and going after the pump on the 93 CSE and giving up and going back to the 97. Long night. I got done around midnight. Thank goodness the mosquitos weren't bad. I had to do it in the driveway.
