Vacuum is part of the power booster assist, and has nothing to do with ABS.
The multiple lines are part of the ABS system. You really need to know exactly what lines to disconnect and what lines to connect or remake. Also, the master cylinder maybe different on a non-ABS car (if there ever was one from SAAB).
With all due respect, are you sure that you know what you are doing? The brake system is not to be touched unless you really know what you are doing. Your questions indicate that you may be in over your head on this. Could create a dangerous car.
If you have ABS issues, a trip to the junk yard for replacement parts might be a better course to follow.
