I had exactly the same situation; mine is a '94 Aero with 180k miles.
I just recently pulled the head and replaced the gasket, as well as put new exhaust studs in and replaced all the timing gear.
I got my new exhaust studs at NAPA; I can find the part number, but they have little hex heads on them and they're easy to install yourself. I really recommend them. Cheap, easy, durable.
As for my head gasket, once I got a look at it, I was glad I'd changed it. Like yours, it was weeping a little, dribbling down the front of the engine and over the crank position sensor. I'd tightened the #10 head bolt some time back, and that slowed the dribble, but didn't stop it. However, once I got a look at the gasket (which appears to be the original), it was obvious I was on borrowed time. The composite rubber coating was completely worn away around the #10 bolt. Also, a few of the coolant passages were severely restricted with rust/crud/I don't know what.
The HG procedure is involved, but definitely DIY doable, if you are a mechanically inclined sort of person. I did mine slowly over a number of weeks, and I did a lot of other repairs while I was in there, and I cleaned EVERYTHING. If I had to estimate, I could probably do just the head gasket, now that I've done it once, in about 5 hours or less. I have a complete write up with pictures of the teardown process if you are interested.
