If the fuse blows, most likely the BPC driver transistor is shorted and the BPC valve coil is fried and also shorted.
The 95 LPT should have come from the factory with the connector and wiring for the boost control valve.
Engine ECU's come from the factory programmed either as LPT or FPT. Either could have been subsequently reprogrammed.
If the BPC valve is hard wired "ON" continuously, the valve coil will be fried -shorted and non functional.
Search this BB for info on checking the resistance and testing of the BPC valve, and the resistance of the ECU BPC coil drivers.
