Two things. Don't forget that the 13mm(?) bolt is reverse-threaded.

If the tensioner "blows apart" (exceeds it's mechanical stopping point) you'll probably lose all the fluid inside the tensioner and although you can get it back together with some work, it will no longer be useful. If this happens and you reuse it in a pinch, you may find that your belt can jump off the pulleys when your A/C engages and if your really unlucky, your belt can break and wrap around the crank pulley. If your really unlucky once it wraps around the crank pulley it can damage your crank seal thus requiring you to walk to a mechanic because your cell battery is dead and your wife borrows your charger. Then you get to have your car towed 7 miles to your home. Only after you have it towed and install a new belt and start the car will you realize that your crank seal is damaged by the oil pouring out from the front of your engine. Then you get to take everything back apart and leave your car sit for 6 days while you wait for a new crank seal. But don't worry, this would never happen.
