Old, rusty, seized (and inaccessible) hose clamps!

So, who's got the classic old farmyard trick to get off a seized, rusted, stripped hose clamp?
This little bugger revised my weekend plan of replacing all the coolant hoses. I couldn't get the lower hose clamp off the radiator because of its condition, and also because it was placed at an inaccessible angle and behind a bunch of things.
So, knowing better than to proceed regardless, I left the lower hose where it was. In that space there is no space for a wheel grinder or hacksaw, and I didn't want to try prying it apart. That plastic radiator neck would very likely get destroyed in that scenario.
The main objective -- replacing the cracked expansion tank -- was accomplished, so if that hose never comes out, no real loss. But it'd be great to know good hose clamp tricks anyway!
