I've got some stainless ones from McMaster-Carr on my silicone lines that I use for homebrewing. They've got smooth bands with rolled edges to keep them from digging into the hose. There are versions with stainless mechanisms (screws) as well. And they're pretty inexpensive, but are only available in packs of 5 or 10. Probably not worth it with shipping if you only need one or two.
