I generally go to the same place every year and they always "forget" that there is only one light (c'mon, it's been 11 years now!) and hassle me until I show them that it's a fog light. Two or three years ago I went to a new place near my office in Boston. The guy barely spoke English, didn't understand what I was saying, and wouldn't allow me past the garage door opening to show him the fog light button. I ended up making him cancel the inspection and went elsewhere.
