even though it looked bad. The rust attacks the thinner metal around the tower and that is mostly cosmetic i feel like, not structurally dangerous. My tower was fine but another year or 2 and maybe it would have advanced. Pull the inside carpet and you will see what i mean. i used por15 together with a little fiberglass mesh. worked great but like i said mine did not need any welding or anything.The right one was wworse than left, correct.
