cgwiz,
My bad. I measured the line last night and the nylon fuel line ID is 6mm and the OD is 8mm. 1/4 X 1/4 might be OK as long as you can get it in. I got the new banjo fitting yesterday in the mail. It looks pretty good and fits the banjo bolt fine. This guy is the only source I've seen for the fuel filter outlet fitting. I think the nylon line is too short to cut off the old fitting and install the new one unless I relocate the fuel filter some. I may try to reroute the metal part of the line to give me some more slack. I found 6mm ID/8mm OD nylon line in McMaster Carr and 8mm push lok coupling fittings. I may try them for a couple bucks first.
