Bob - I got this kit recently for a 91 and I've replaced all the other parts a couple times on various 9000's separately. Most of this will make a nice improvement in any 9000. The "give" may be related to the large rear bushing on the arm, they often wear out, they get a lot of the load.
All of it is pretty easy to install. The part that is least likely to be bad is the front arm bushing and it's the only one that is a little harder to replace. I did this with my latest kit, I got some PVC tube and a long threaded rod to push the old out/new in. Some things like the sway links and bushings often do not appear bad or cracked but replacing them makes you realize they were dried out and hard.
Spray down good with PB Blaster and it should be pretty easy to install everything. If you want to do the front bushing taking the whole arm off to your bench works good
I think it is a good kit. This is a nice thing about the 9000 - that's the whole front suspension (up to the struts) it's cheap and easy
