I tried to insert an image of the front bush tool I used. The ruler didn't show well in the picture but - 12" 3/8 threaded rod, nuts and lots of big washers. The PVC is 1 1/4. The short piece of PVC is 1.8" long, you need this short little piece when reinstalling. The threaded rod was off the shelf, and so the long PVC piece is longer then necessary but just to fit the rod so I didn't need to cut and re-thread the rod.
I think bearing caps that Eric mentioned are included in the kit. They are not shown in the overview pic but shown in the individual pics and the parts list. These can be replaced without pushing the bush, but you'll have the front arm connection to the frame loose to replace these anyway.
