This morning was so peaceful i thought no one would be bothered by my mindless wandering and sure enough there i was at a stop sign not able to put it in gear. Had to kill engine and start with the clutch depressed in gear and then drove it home in 1st gear.
But, a better side, is that at first when i started my drive, 1st was engaging fine, 2nd hard to engage and slips with any throttle. 1st does not slip - went pretty hard on it and did not hear an abnormal revvup. Normal acceleration.
Checked the rubber hose under the battery and it all looks and feels dry.
Checked the master and no obvious leaks just a bit moist with fluid but its always been that way which is why i got a spare a few years back.
Thinking about towing it to my (other) saab shop to have a diagnosis.
