That has the fuel and coolant-temp gauges on the CS, also has the turbo boost gauge on the CSEs and Aeros.
You can swap the entire instrument cluster but the odometer reading will be from the donor car. I haven't quite gotten around to doing it but just looked close at the CSE cluster I grabbed, and I think there are two sections to be removed and gotten out of the way and that lets you take out two phillips screws and remove the boost-temp-gas gauge end of things.
The big black EDU affair across the bottom has four small Torx screws and it pulls off. Then speedo gauge has two phillips screws and it comes off, letting last two phillips screws free up the boost gauge end.
Or you can just swap your speedo gauge section onto the junkyard cluster, two fewer screws.
Don't mess with the phillips screws on the backs of each section, that hold the flexible printed circuit, the circuit board etc.
On the CS, you'll find I think a rubber cap over the steel pass-thru that carries the boost line thru the firewall.
