Both the 1994 and 1995 cars have "flash codes" for high level diagnostics, so it is not completely necessary to have a Tech 2 or ISAT scan tool - the codes include a fault for a coolant temperature sensor error (see link). Hopefully, however the car was wired up (and I assume that the engine is wired as a 1994 Aero with the proper ECU), it still has this capability.
