I just put a set of the heavy-duty bilstein's on my 9000 and I love the ride.this is my first 9000 but I've been using the bilstein's for 20 plus years.the first step that I ever had is still going strong on a 900 that's modified for the track. It's a firmer sporty ride. Bilstein makes a touring edition for the 900 but I don't know if they make a touring edition for the 9000. My wife has the touring edition on her 900 convertible and I like those as well it's a softer a ride.I know the bilstein's are expensive but I definitely think they're worth the money.
