There are poly versions of the rear bushing of the front control arm. I tried these and the handling was improved with little change in harshness - very nice! HOWEVER: the bushing is lubricated with some "waterproof" grease and the metal tube actually turns inside the poly bushing. After the grease washed away, the bushing chirped like crazy in cold weather - this is a similar setup to a bird call I had when I was a kid. Replaced it with a normal rubber bushing, which needs replacement every few years.
