Thanks for the reply. I already installed the newer stretch-o-matic head bolts. I'm all the way to the "cleaning out the gooey mess in the coolant passages" part. I found my old PCV pipe assembly from the green Aero and installed it. It was somewhat flexible and only had one crack starting at the bend by the throttle body. A little F-4 tape and tie wraps should take care of any future failure. If I couldn't find a stock assembly I would've ditched the heated section of pipe. I don't live above the Arctic Circle and I've never has a PCV system freeze up.
