I dug out the schematics and the electrical manual that I have for a 1990 model 9000. Some of it's the same as the 97 model year, but not all. Following the troubleshooting for the +30 circuit, it all checks good all the way to the buss in the relay panel behind and under the PS airbag. The +X supply is not providing power to Fuse 27. That would indicate a problem with the ignition switch or the wiring. That circuit should affect the radio and the "ignition switch solenoid". I believe it's really a relay, like the 1990 model. For giggles I checked the +15 power supply to the +15 buss at the PS relay panel and it was there. With KOEO, I am getting relay buzzing in three relays. One is under the hood in the relay panel and it's the A/C relay. The other two are located on the PS relay panel inside the cabin. I am not sure of the function of those two relays as the layout of the 1990 relay panel looks different than the 97 panel. It almost sounds like one of them might be fuel pump related. I have the wiring diagrams for the 97 9000 that were acquired from that internet site. I don't have the 97 electrical manuals which show all the component locations, relay panel layouts, etc. Is there diagram showing the layout of the PS relay panel anywhere? I haven't seen one.
