Pressure or Vacuum Release When Fuel Filler Cap is Removed

I recently completed a 7,661 mile journey in one of my two 1998 five speed 9000's. That cars odometer now reads 231,763. I left my home in Tampa, FL on July 9th, drove to the SAAB Owners Convention in Portland, OR and afterwards visited friends and lots of interesting places. On 8/28/24 I fueled in Lake City, FL after having driven 377 miles from Lucedale, MS. When I removed the fuel filler cap I heard a hissing sound but I could not tell if it was a pressure or vacuum release. I then drove 155 miles to my home. It was sunny and around 95 degrees during the entire trip from Lucedale to Tampa. After the car was in my garage I removed the fuel filler cap and again heard the hissing sound. The following day I parked the car in the sun and after a few hours again removed he filler cap and heard the hissing sound. This causes me to believe that pressure had built up in the fuel tank. Your thoughts please. Has anybody experienced this and how did you fix it. Thanks.
