I think your pump is dead or you have water in your tank and just clogged that new filter with it. I suspect the DI is a red herring. Certainly look at the business end of your spark plugs though, check gap, etc. You can close them to min spec or slightly under to see if that improves anything - if it does the DI would be further suspect, and should probably be tested with a tech2 and a spark gap tester to see how healthy it is.

You need to prove that you have the correct fuel delivery rate, and pressure. You can look up the spec and the procedure in the manuals linked on the site.
