What is the relationship of the coolant temp sensor and fuel odor ?

I did notice that the radiator fan operation when it is called upon is sporadic. It goes on and of when you park it instead of staying on until lower cut out is achieved.

No check engine light right now. Fuel pressure regulator tests fine and is genuine Bosch recently changed.

Waiting on injector to replace one that is drippy. Once that is done i will check fuel pressure properly
