You have a open ground when the car is turned off.
The battery is draining tru this ground.
I would look for the obvious things like accessories
such as
after market fog lights
trailer lights
stereo additions
alarms
and the less obvious seat heater and such.
then try
removing a fuse on each or lots and see if the battery still drains.
(there must be a way to use a volt meter to see this?)

You could also get a quick conect and disconnect on the battery
so that when you park the car it takes seconds to disconnect the battery.
What a pain.
