I just posted and then read Julz's Post. Come to think of it, you will need an ammeter that is fairly sensitive and put it in the line between the battery and the connector block. Prop it up so you can see it from inside the car and do the fuse pull routine (1 at a time) until it drops to (0). Then you have your culprit. Just remember that with a sensitive meter like that not to switch on any actual current drawing things, after all you're looking for a drain that happens when it's just sitting.
I'd pull the Alarm and the radio fuses first and that will leave only the current draw you are looking for on the meter.
An electrician I am not so If there are any real Radio Shack wizzards out there, I'm sure you'll hear from them too.
