Another thing that will help is to turn the through bolt around on the bottom of the alternator then put regular 8mm hex head capscrews in the oil filter housing.Other wise you have pull the engine out to change the alternator.You may be able to holesaw a hole directly behind the pivot bolt and push it through into the car.Larry
