My suggestion is that you replace the master cylinder, replace the 4 brake hoses (but not the steel lines), and flush/bleed both the brakes and the clutch so that everything has clean fluid. Then run with it for a while before you do anything else. If everything works safely and smoothly and you have no leaks, then you are good.
I have never seen one of the vacuum boosters fail, so I have always left that alone, I imagine that they can be rebuilt (pricey) and I thought someone was selling new ones out of an eBay store but I've not looked into it. Pulling it out to paint it should be fine if you want.
To replace the rear brake hoses you must lift up the rear seat cushion to disconnect them from the steel brake lines that run inside the car and then remove the nut that holds the end of the hose into the floorpan.
