Slyde just emailed me asking the same thing so I'm going to start by pasting from my reply.
I found this guy: http://members.cox.net/930wur/
I got Volvo WUR, probably mid eighties, and sent it to him along with a pic of the warm up curve and pressure info from the 99 dealer repair manual. I guessed on the enrichment pressure at 42 psi based upon what someone said SAAB ran in their rally car. His rebuild was super clean including the modifications. My WUR is It's fully adjustable although you need to pull it off to get to the adjusters. WUR enrichment with allow A/F of up to 8:1. Lamdba won't allow that, keeping emissions in check.
The US 99T have limited enrichment via throttle switch to lambda. The euro 99T had a throttle switch to vacuum WUR enrichment and no lambda. A boost WUR is simpler as you don't need to get a certain vacuum in a can activated by a switch for the WUR. Being boost sensing there just an extra T on one of the intake manifold vacuum lines hooked to the WUR.
I don't know the part no off hand, but I don't think it matters as there is no part that was built for a SAAB with boost enrichment. There are hundreds of WUR numbers. If there are three small vacuum looking ports on the Audi, Volvo or Porsche WUR , 1 will probably be a boost port, 1 vacuum and one for a safety release if the diaphragm fails. Identifying a 2 port WUR that has enrichment via boost and not vacuum wouldn't be something you could do without verifying the part number or reviewing that cars service manual. So to identify a boost port you could hook it up, connect gauges, apply positive pressure to the ports. When the control pressure goes down you have a boost port. If someone is rebuilding they'll know from the internals.
I didn't remove my Lambda, the oxygen sensor is disconnect which defeats the system. If it the lamdba enrichment is working in tandem with the WUR enrichment you'd probably need to dial them in together, but it seems like it'd be redundant. Seems like the lambda might try to fight back all the extra gas your trying to dump under boost, but I'm not sure as my lambda isn't working anyway.
