Now that I fixed the pump inlet, I am getting 45 psi! Although I can start the car, it only runs for a few seconds.
I know the cold start valve is squirting fuel, but I think the main injectors may not be squirting. The reason I think this is that my fuel pump runs when the key is on ignition and when I leave it on for a longer period of time, the car will run longer before it quits.
Next, I will check to see if the injectors will squirt into a can while I lift the air control plate.
I will re-post when I have the results.
