If you have a reservoir cap, you can install a tire valve in it and make a pressure bleeder (hint - use a hand pump, you don't want to put in enough pressure to burst the reservoir!). I have had good luck with this for both brakes and clutch and you can do it with only one person. Just open the bleeder screw and slowly apply pressure.
I usually use a turkey baster to suck the dirty fluid out of the reservoir and refill it with clean fluid before I start the bleeding - gets clean fluid in the whole system quicker.
