Tom,
Unfortunately I'm not home during the week either, so I'm away from the 99 and the parts I could measure. In general, if you are replacing fuel line just make sure the replacment line is rated for the high pressure (~75psi) on the supply side. As far as the anti-return check valve in the return line, the one I got has barbs and just goes into the rubber hose with clamps, no fittings needed. This is OK on the return side as there is little or no pressure there.
As far as a source of parts and service, I am impressed with the DeLorean site (specialtauto.com) and the CIS parts and service they offer. I bet if you called them they would be willing to work on your Saab parts and make lines to fit, etc.
Best,
Gary
