I dropped the tank. Also, I found a 5/16" fuel check valve (non-return valve) on ebay. It looks like it will work well. It opens at 2psi.
Before I put everything back and re-plumb the fuel lines, what are your thoughts as to whether I should replace the fuel accumulator? It is horribly rusty looking. I took it off the tank. It doesn't leak and I can blow air through it. My understanding is that when they fail, they leak so I think I will leave it in place for now.
