There is an Innovate Motorsports LC-2 controller that has outputs that can be programmed to emulate the narrow band 02 sensor. You can program the signal with their software to match the expected lambda signal. You send that signal into the Lambda ECU. There's probably a clean way to do this without butchering any factory wiring. Then you would have a properly running lambda system, and the Wideband signal ready for a gauge and logging.

If you go this route, it's probably a good idea to contact their support to make sure it will work.
