I think if you search you may be able to find a 99 radiator. I also think you can convert 900 radiator. As to the heater core, you need a good used, flush or rebuild. I had my heater core rebuilt last year and have heat.
However it not as hot as the oem ones. The radiator place actually thought it was kind of funny, cute. They said the tubes and fins where smaller than anything they worked with. It works, but get below freezing and it can only get the car warm. The swedes made a tiny efficient core.
I think they tend to leak more than clog, however my original core is clogged. A radiator rebuild place will flush a radiator different than the flush most garages will do. They'll use the super hot water they use when making cores. So I'd try that first with both the heater core and radiator. If they are intact they may live yet.
