More 95 help?

Okay, I have to preface this by stating that I DO look through the archives first :-)
Here are some questions that are surfacing as I drive my 95 around for a while. Feel free to email me if it appears that others might get bored with the Q&A...
1. My low beams don't work. I checked the sealed beams and they are fine. The high beams work, although they don't stay on. The come on when I pull the stalk back, but they don't stay on. These two issues make me think (after reading some archive messages) that the relay is the likely culprit. Has anyone discovered a source of replacements? Barring that, has anyone taken a relay apart and simply cleaned it for better contact?
2. Where is the spare tire suppose to go in a 95? The manual says, "such equipment is stored under the back seat." I tried and there's no way it fits under the back seat (either of them).
3. Does anyone know of a site that has a chart with RPM=MPH equivalents (in lieu of a tach)? I'm so used to the low RPMs in my BMW 528e, and almost as low RPMs in my SAAB 900TC, that the 95 really sounds like it's cranking pretty high. But I haven't been shifting anywhere close to the redlined markings on the speedometer. Am I just babying it too much? I've been cruising the local freeway at 65-70 speedometer readout speed.
4. Gas gauge doesn't work. It reads full all the time. I noticed when I was taking some junk out of the back that the fuel tank is easily accessible from the back area...how difficult would it be to open up to check the sending unit, or even to drain the tank?
More to follow...
