...I have the same problem now. I just rebuilt the slave, it was leaking but didn't help the issue. I'm pretty certain it's bled completely although I have no room for adjustment. I don't think it's 1mm let alone 4mm. It'll shift ok if it's adjusted all the way in but sticks otherwise. If I leave it all the way in (just back off to where I don't hear the rubbing) will I do any damage? Could this be a bad release bearing or ...? Thanks again all for the tips
