I think they're Solex 34W carbs but I can't find any markings on them other than Solex on the top and a single digit on the side of the carb (1 on the middle and 2 on the outers). It seems like the fuel is mainly spitting out of the outer carbs. I've heard that the middle carb handles idle while the outers provide more fuel for acceleration. Could a bad accelerator pump cause the outer to spit fuel?
As for the pump, I am just dropping a fuel hose into a 1 gallon gas can and letting the fuel pump feed the carbs. It seems to work fine but after sitting for so long I'm sure the diaphragm is in less than perfect shape.
