Good wrecking yards around SF

Hi. I just moved to San Francisco(in the city). I am a long time saab fan. I currently own a 89' 900SPG. I am from the SLO area and had Dave K. at lesco work closely with me to set this car up correctly. The engine is fully rebuilt, every part is new, including the transmission. I got a 2.1 head intake etc. Lower compresion pistons around 8.4 or so. Copper head gasket with o rings. No mods to the head other than valve job and was checked for all the important things.
I want the car to be a daily driver but faster than stock. Meaning I don't want things breaking all the time. And I want 30MPG on the freeway.
I am going to modify my boost to 15-20PSI through Dave.
My question for the SF group is. Where are some good wrecking yards. And I mean not a bunch of saabs one guy has that wants top dollar for everything. I mean the kind of place that does not see a saab as anything special. I might need a new ECU. My check engine light does not come on with the ignition in the ON position. I failed my smog check due to this. I have been told that this is most likely an ECU problem. I check the bulb. The only other thing that I find strange is the oil light does not work either and I know I have oil pressure. all the other warning lights work.
So where do I do my part pulling(i need other stuff besides the ECU)
and any thoughts on the check engine light. Was this supposed to come on during cranking for an 89' turbo?
